1. Delivery coverage

Deliveries are available only to supported South African locations shown at checkout. Delivery zones, fees and lead times come from the checkout configuration rather than fixed values in this document.

2. Age and identity verification on delivery

Delivery is only available to verified persons aged 18 or older. The recipient may be required to produce valid identification on delivery. Orders may not be handed to minors.

3. Dispatch and processing

Dispatch begins only after successful payment and any required verification. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guarantees.

4. Address accuracy

Providing an accurate and complete delivery address is the customer's responsibility. Green Cart may contact you to verify an address before dispatch.

5. Delivery fees

Delivery fees are shown before payment. The fee applicable to your order depends on the delivery zone and options selected at checkout.

6. Failed delivery

A failed delivery caused by incorrect details, the recipient's absence, refusal to accept, or failed age verification may attract a reasonable redelivery charge.

7. Risk and delivery confirmation

Risk in the goods and delivery confirmation are handled consistently with applicable South African consumer law. Where required, delivery is confirmed through the delivery partner's proof-of-delivery process.

8. Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries

Please report any damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries promptly so we can investigate. When reporting an issue, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the item and packaging
  • A description of the problem
  • Delivery packaging evidence

9. Handling and storage

We do not promise refrigerated or temperature-controlled delivery unless the applicable logistics process supports it and it is confirmed at checkout.

10. Collection

Where collection is enabled, collection terms and any required verification will be shown at checkout. If collection is not offered for your order, only delivery options will appear.
